update on all that has happened the past 2 1/2 weeks in the lives of those around me that i care about:
Tuesday 9/15: find out about the kamp situation. devastated.
Wednesday 9/16: find out friend/volunteer at K-Life's husband got killed that Monday in Afghanistan, and they've only been married 8 months, and she's having a baby in February.
Downtime between those two days and today: coping. getting past/wrapping my head around these situations
Today: two girls i worked with at kamp. one was suppose to start nannying for some kids today, and can't because the parents of said kids died in a murder/suicide and all 3 children were there to witness, all under 5. other girl... her dad died in a farming accident on Sunday.
i'm so sick of loss. death. unimaginable sin.
